Happy Little Accidents
An acident that turned out amazing...

One of my earliest posts in this portfolio features a bridge, and the story behind it is pure happenstance. I went out solo on a freezing winter night in Korea to capture some shots. With no one around to help, I had to improvise—setting my camera on a bench, starting the timer, and quickly running into position. Most of the initial photos were a mess, either too dark or overexposed. But after reviewing them, I picked what I thought was the best one and decided to experiment in post-processing.
Through trial and error, I learned how to manage extreme contrasts in low light with bright spots. This was also my first attempt at a sky replacement, which gave the image a whole new life. The results were two images that, despite their accidental origins, I’m incredibly proud of.
